The baryonyx, a ferocious dinosaur and a great toy

The baryonyx is one of the largest and heaviest of all known carnivorous dinosaurs. Baryonyx was a large, bulky bipedal predator with a broad robust skull of about 1.2 meters in length and a marked nasal protrusion. This dinosaur had enlarged claw on its second toe, and its long tail bore an interesting, three-pronged bony club at the end. Interestingly, the club on its tail was not fully formed in all specimens, suggesting that it may be a sexual dimorphism.

This fearsome reptile was strong enough to prey on even the largest animals in shallow water, and had a long neck and long narrow jaws with many sharp teeth.
